The Department of Health Estates and Facilities Division is inviting you to comment on the consultation draft of Health Technical Memorandum 05-03 Part D on commercial enterprises on healthcare premises.

Also attached is a covering letter by Paul Roberts (Fire Policy Lead, DH) which explains the process and in which he targets certain areas for specific comment.
